3.2. Confirmation of an order by Reelken occurs when the buyer receives an electronic notification (e-mail) of order validation. At this point, it is considered that a sales contract has been concluded between the parties.

3.3. Reelken reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in the event of technical errors or suspected fraud.

4. Pricing and Payment Policy

4.1. The prices displayed on the platform are expressed in lei (RON) and include VAT, according to the legislation in force. Reelken makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the displayed prices, but reserves the right to correct any typographical or display errors.

4.2. Buyers can pay for products through various payment methods available on the platform, including credit/debit cards, bank transfer or other secure payment methods offered by payment partners.

4.3. In the case of orders exceeding a certain value, Reelken may request an advance payment to confirm the order.

4.4. In the event that a product displays an incorrect price, Reelken reserves the right to cancel the respective order, even if it has already been confirmed.

5. Delivery Policy

5.1. Reelken collaborates with various courier companies to ensure the delivery of products to the address specified by the buyer during the ordering process.

5.2. The delivery time varies depending on product availability and delivery location, and will be displayed at the time of placing the order.

5.3. Reelken cannot be held liable for delays caused by carriers or force majeure events.

5.4. Upon receipt of the products, the buyer is responsible for checking their integrity. If deficiencies or damage caused during transport are found, the buyer must refuse to receive the product and draw up a report with the courier.

6. Return Policy

6.1. Buyers have the right to return purchased products within 14 calendar days of receiving them, without the need for justification.

6.2. Returned products must be in the same condition as they were delivered, along with all accessories and related documents. Returns of products that have been used or damaged will not be accepted.

6.3. The buyer is responsible for return costs, unless the returned product is defective or does not correspond to the description on the platform.

6.4. The amounts paid will be refunded within 14 working days of receiving the return, using the same payment method initially used by the buyer.

If a product has manufacturing defects or does not meet the specifications, the buyer has the right to request either repair or replacement of the product.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. Reelken and VYMM HOLZ HANDEL SRL cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the platform or from the inability to access the services offered.

8.2. In cases of force majeure or other circumstances beyond Reelken's direct control, it cannot be held liable for failure to comply with the contractual terms.
