Delivery of bulky products

For large products sold by **Reelken** in the categories Tables, table tops, chairs, stairs, stair elements, sofas, armchairs and other similar products, the delivery fee is calculated based on their volume, regardless of the order value, and varies depending on the category. This fee will be displayed in the shopping cart, including for orders containing products on free shipping promotions.

In addition to the volume tax, products are subject to additional delivery costs depending on the geographical area. All these taxes will be displayed in the order summary section.

If you opt for cash on delivery, there will be an additional processing fee of 7 lei, applied to orders that include at least one product sold by **Reelken**.

Delivery of standard products

Shipping is free for orders over 1500 lei that contain products sold by **Reelken**, except for orders that include products from free shipping promotions. If an order contains both **Reelken** products and a gift card, and the total value exceeds 1500 lei, free shipping will not apply. Products sold and shipped by **Reelken** must total at least 1500 lei to qualify for free shipping.

The delivery fee for orders under this value is calculated depending on the destination city and can be checked on the website. In Bucharest, orders under 1500 lei will have a delivery fee of 16.99 lei.

For cash on delivery, the same processing fee of 7 lei applies, for orders that include at least one **Reelken** product.

Delivery methods for Reelken Marketplace partner products

Some products from the **Reelken Marketplace** offer are delivered directly by our partners, via express courier. The costs and delivery conditions are displayed on the specific partner's page, which can be accessed from the respective product page.

In the case of orders that include both products sold by **Reelken** and products from **Reelken Marketplace** partners, these will be delivered separately. **Reelken** products will be delivered by our couriers, and those of partners by the courier companies they collaborate with.

Products from **Reelken Marketplace** cannot be delivered to Romanian Post offices and cannot be collected directly from partner locations.
