Return Policy for Products Sold by Reelken

Right of withdrawal

According to current legislation, you have the right to return products purchased from Reelken within 14 days of receiving them, without giving any reason. Please comply with the following conditions:

  1. General return conditions
    Products must be in the same condition as when you received them. Make sure the product is not protected by passwords you have set and that you have deleted any accounts so that the product does not contain any personal information and can be restored to the original software version.
  2. Required documents
    The return must be made with the original labels intact, the original warranty certificate (if issued by the manufacturer/distributor) and all documents with which the product was delivered. The product must be accompanied by the accessories and/or gifts with which it was delivered.
  3. Sealed products
    If you have purchased multiple products of the same type and wish to return them all, please ensure that only one has been unsealed. The return of the remaining products is only accepted if they are sealed.
  4. Exclusions
    Products that have been tampered with, show signs of wear or excessive use, scratches, chips, knocks, mechanical or electrical shocks, products that are missing accessories, are not accepted. Also, returns are not accepted if you have uninstalled operating systems or other programs that were present upon delivery, or if the products have activated OEM licenses.
  5. Incomplete return
    If the return package contains different products than those in the completed form, after the courier checks the package, the pickup will be refused.

General conditions for returning products sold by Reelken Marketplace partners

To see what conditions the product you want to return must meet and what steps to follow, read the return policy of the Reelken Marketplace partner you purchased the product from. Go to the product page, click on the partner name and you will be directed to the dedicated page, where you will find all the necessary information.

Products purchased from Reelken Marketplace partners cannot be returned to Reelken showrooms or post offices, but only by following the steps below:

  1. Complete the return form, ensuring that the product complies with the return conditions mentioned above.
  2. In the form, choose one of the return options: refund of the amount paid upon purchase or Reelken voucher with the value of the returned product.
  3. After approval of the request, the Reelken Marketplace partner will send the courier to pick up the product you wish to return.
  4. If the seller's return policy involves a return shipping cost, it can be found on the seller's dedicated page.

Product categories with special return conditions

  • Fashion (clothing, shoes and others) : must be in the same condition as delivered, unworn, without stains or tears.
  • Personal care products (including cosmetics) : for reasons of customer health protection, these products cannot be returned unless they have been used, unsealed or tested.
  • Sanitary consumables (protective masks, gloves, disinfectant, etc.) : can only be returned if sealed.
  • Appliances : in the event of a return, the product must be cleaned and sanitized. The courier will take care of the appropriate packaging free of charge when picking up the return, in the case of products sold by Reelken.

Return by courier or mail

You can choose to have the return picked up by the courier or to hand it over yourself to one of the partner Post Offices. Then, select one of the refund options: cash on delivery or voucher for a new order.

Right of withdrawal within 14 days for distance trading

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Contract, respectively to return a Good or to renounce a Service, within 14 calendar days, without giving any reason and without incurring any costs other than delivery costs.
